We are seeking a ServiceNow Now Assist Developer with hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, AI Agent Studio, and workflow automation across the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and integrating AI-powered solutions that improve employee productivity, agent efficiency, knowledge management, and service operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Now Assist Development 

·         Configure and implement:  

o    Now Assist for ITSM 

o    Now Assist for HRSD 

o    Now Assist for CSM 

o    AI Search 

o    Virtual Agent 

o    AI Agent Studio 

o    AI Agent Orchestrator 

·         Develop AI-powered use cases including:  

o    Incident summarization 

o    Case summarization 

o    Knowledge article generation 

o    Chat assistance 

o    Resolution recommendations 

o    Agent productivity enhancements 

ServiceNow Development 

·         Configure and develop:  

o    Flow Designer 

o    IntegrationHub 

o    Business Rules 

o    Script Includes 

o    Client Scripts 

o    UI Builder 

o    Employee Center 

o    Workspaces 

AI & Automation 

·         Design AI-assisted workflows and automations. 

·         Configure AI Search and knowledge optimization capabilities. 

·         Support implementation of Agentic AI use cases. 

·         Integrate AI outputs into service management workflows. 

·         Support prompt design, testing, validation, and governance. 

Integrations 

·         Build integrations using:  

o    REST APIs 

o    SOAP APIs 

o    IntegrationHub 

o    MID Servers 

·         Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and knowledge sources. 

Testing & Governance 

·         Participate in AI use case validation and testing. 

·         Support governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices. 

·         Monitor AI adoption and performance metrics. 

·         Assist with platform upgrades and AI feature enablement.

·         Experience working with business stakeholders on AI use cases. 

·         Knowledge of AI governance and adoption best practices.
