The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations. • Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete essential reporting, and maintain effective customer communication. • Represent the organisation with pride, embodying its values during every customer interaction. • Think critically and independently to make the right decisions for each customer's needs. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with various light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
