AXL + Co - Digital Co-ordinator

ROLE PURPOSE

Execute the day-to-day engine of AXL's digital growth.

Drive traffic, conversion, and revenue through fast, accurate execution.

This is a hands-on operator role - focused on delivery, coordination, and performance , not strategy. - fast, responsive, and always on.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ( BUT NOT LIMITED TO ) KPIs

• Traffic growth (CRM + creators + paid support)
• Conversion rate
• Revenue contribution (CRM + creators)
• EDM performance (CTR, revenue)
• Content and campaign delivery accuracy
• Speed of execution

Skills and Qualifica tions

• 2-4 years in digital, ecom , or marketing execution roles
• Experience with EDM tools Emarsys
• Strong attention to detail - gets it right first time
• Highly organised - can manage multiple outputs at pace
• Comfortable working with agencies and internal teams
• Data-aware - understands performance metrics and reporting
• Proactive and accountable - executes, doesn't wait
