  • Present analytical findings and business recommendations through compelling dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Support additional analytics initiatives such as audience research, product development, demand planning, and business performance evaluations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, including at least 2 years of analytics experience supporting online games or physical Trading Card Games (TCGs), either directly on a game team or in a support role working with player-level data.
  • Professional experience working closely with Data Engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in building ETLs, DAGs, or other data pipelines and transforming raw data into structured datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and unstructured data environment.

  • Strong ability to break down complex business and product problems using analytical frameworks and develop solutions that benefit both players and the business.
  • Excellent data storytelling, visualization, communication, and presentation skills, including presenting insights to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with physical Trading Card Games (TCGs), either as a player or as part of a development team.
  • Experience working with game telemetry for large-scale live service games.
