Legal Counsel (KoreanNative/Bilingual)

Pay Range: $65 - $72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling urgent research tasks as they come up.
• Supporting compliance and privacy matters, potentially collaborating with internal teams on related tasks.
• Staying on top of weekly updates from all groups.
• Preparing and writing weekly reports in Korean for management.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• JD from an accredited law school (required).
• 5 years of legal experience (required).
• Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking) required.
• Ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for business application.
• Ability to summarize cases and their application.
• Strong verbal/written communication, attention to detail, interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations.
• Tech background is a plus.
• Regulatory knowledge is a plus but not mandatory candidates with strong reading/assessment skills can pick this up.
