Job Description

Senior Architect

The projects you'll lead today could help define Perth for decades to come.

What's the next chapter of your architectural career?

If you're a registered architect who's equally passionate about design excellence, technical delivery, and leading projects from concept through to completion, this opportunity deserves your attention.

Why This Opportunity?
  • Lead complex, city-shaping projects across multiple sectors
  • Enjoy genuine ownership from early-stage design through construction
  • Join an award-winning design practice with an established reputation for architectural excellence
The Opportunity

Some architects spend years specialising in one phase of a project. Others develop the capability to influence every stage. This opportunity is designed for the latter.

You'll join a highly respected studio with a strong history of delivering impactful work across commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, retail and multi residential sectors.

The role offers the rare combination of:

  • Design influence
  • Technical leadership
  • Client engagement
  • Project ownership
  • Long term career progression

You'll have the freedom to contribute meaningfully to projects from the earliest ideas and sketches through to documentation, site engagement and successful delivery.

For architects who enjoy seeing their vision become reality, this is where design and execution truly come together.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading projects through concept, design development, documentation and construction phases
  • Developing and communicating design solutions through sketches, presentations and documentation
  • Coordinating consultant teams and stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships with clients and project partners
  • Overseeing project delivery to ensure quality, program and commercial objectives are achieved
  • Mentoring emerging architects and contributing to studio culture
  • Maintaining design integrity throughout the entire project lifecycle
What We're Looking For

You're likely someone who enjoys balancing creativity with practicality.

You may already be leading projects or looking for an environment where your influence can extend further.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Australian Architectural Registration
  • 8+ years' industry experience
  • Strong project delivery and technical capability
  • Advanced Revit proficiency
  • The ability to confidently present ideas to clients and stakeholders
  • Experience across complex or large scale projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop and InDesign will be highly regarded.
Why Experienced Architects Reach Out
  • Because opportunities like this don't come along often.
  • You'll be joining a practice that values design thinking, trusts experienced professionals to lead, and provides exposure to diverse project sectors rather than repetitive project work.
  • For the right person, this is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on projects, clients and the built environment.
  • Not simply produce drawings.
  • Not simply manage consultants.
  • But to help shape the places people experience every day.

Sometimes the most important projects in your career begin with a single conversation.
