The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area.
• Develop and implement strategies for driving all sales activities in specified regions and branches.
• Accomplish regional sales objectives by recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff.
• Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements, managing budgets, and analyzing variances.
• Establish sales objectives and quotas for districts to support national goals.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by cultivating relationships and identifying new opportunities.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma/GED required.
• Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in achieving high sales quotas.
