The Role

• Operate and monitor automated, computer-controlled production facilities.
• Load, start up, and manage machine elements and control systems.
• Inspect and evaluate finished products for quantity and quality.
• Proactively identify and mitigate process risks and continuously optimize production.
• Perform tasks in areas such as knitting, finishing, plastic production, or assembly.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Machine and Plant Operator, preferably in textiles or plastics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong practical aptitude, manual dexterity, and technical understanding.
• A keen eye for quality and a passion for ensuring efficient workflows.
• Experience in operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
