What You'll Need • Completed training as a Machine and Plant Operator, preferably in textiles or plastics, or equivalent experience. • Strong practical aptitude, manual dexterity, and technical understanding. • A keen eye for quality and a passion for ensuring efficient workflows. • Experience in operating and monitoring production machinery. • Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
