Technical Project Manager

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex .NET Core-based software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a solid technical foundation in software development. This role requires driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery, managing client expectations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects built on .NET Core technologies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project KPIs, resource utilization, delivery milestones, and reporting metrics.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, status updates, steering committee meetings, and governance processes.
• Lead project issue resolution and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales engagements including:
• Requirement analysis
• Solutioning discussions
• Effort estimation
• Proposal preparation
• RFP/RFI responses
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and team effectiveness.
• Mentor project teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 12 to 15 years of overall IT industry experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale .NET Core application development projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in stakeholder management and client engagement.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and governance skills.
• Experience in project risk management and issue resolution.
• Exposure to pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimation, and proposal development.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Microsoft Project (preferred)
• Other Agile delivery tools
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Technical background with understanding of software architecture and application development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
