Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong Cloud and S/4HANA experience to develop modern, scalable SAP solutions using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, SAP BTP, and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have experience transitioning from traditional ABAP development to cloud-ready and clean-core development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using ABAP Cloud and modern ABAP programming standards.
• Design and develop applications using the RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Develop CDS Views, CDS View Entities, Custom Entities, and Business Objects.
• Build and consume OData V4 services.
• Develop extensions for SAP S/4HANA Cloud while following Clean Core principles.
• Develop cloud-based applications and extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with external applications using APIs, OData, REST, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Develop reusable and scalable ABAP solutions based on business requirements.
• Perform debugging, testing, performance tuning, and production support.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development and cloud standards.
• Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and test scenarios.
• Support S/4HANA Cloud implementations, upgrades, migrations, and extensions.

Required Skills

ABAP / S/4HANA

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.
• Strong experience with ABAP for S/4HANA.
• Experience with ABAP Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of CDS Views / CDS View Entities.
• Hands-on experience with RAP.
• Experience with OData V2/V4.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects.
• Experience with BAdIs, enhancements, APIs, and extension frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL and SAP HANA.
