The Role

• Ensure a unique shopping experience for customers, leading to high satisfaction.
• Support the efficient management of workflows and team training as a representative for the lead sales associate.
• Handle all tasks across the sales floor and warehouse.
• Oversee incoming goods, display them on the sales floor, and check expiration dates.
• Replenish and check the freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with warehouse and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience, or a willingness to learn as a career changer.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in interacting with customers.
• Eagerness to work diligently and efficiently.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational skills, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (at least B1 level) for effective customer communication.
