Job DescriptionVice President, FP&A\n\nLocation: Cincinnati, OH 45209 | Hybrid Remote: In the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays\nEmployees: 750 | Industry: SaaS, Construction | Reporting To: CFO\n\nExciting opportunity to join a growing company with a proven track record for career advancement.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Owning forecasting, budgeting, and reporting - AOP and multi-year planning\n Leading external reporting to parent company, including board-level financial packages\n Overseeing financial models that drive reporting and forecasting\n Development of executive-facing dashboards and financial reporting via Power BI\n Championing the use of AI for financial reporting and analysis – identifying, piloting, and scaling automation tools that improve speed, insights, and accuracy\n Leading the team in adopting emerging technologies and FP&A platforms, with the goal of proactive, predictive finance\n Managing a talented team of analysts, fostering a high-growth and performance culture\n Owning FP&A’s talent development program – learning paths, mentorship, skills training, and career progression\n Creating goals and priorities for your team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, conducting performance reviews\n\n\nRequirements\n\n 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in corporate finance\n Experience managing and developing high-performing teams\n Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis\n Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, automation, advanced analytics for finance\n Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query\n\n\nPreferred\n\n SaaS experience (subscription-based business models)\n Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming/data tools\n Experience with M&A, strategic finance, and/or corporate development\n\n\nBenefits\n\n Benefits start on the first day of employment\n 401K with company match (both immediately 100% vested)\n Open PTO plan\n Competitive medical, dental, vision plans – access to telemedicine and HAS plans\n Short-term and long-term disability, FSA, commuter benefits, life and accident insurance\n\n\nCompensation\n\n $175K - $200K + Annual Bonus\n
