What You'll Do
- Create new and revise existing drawings for high-end residential interiors.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, MEP drawings, flooring plans, millwork, cabinetry, tile layouts, sections, and schedules.
- Produce clean, accurate, and detailed construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Apply a strong understanding of what goes into high-end luxury interiors.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, builders, subcontractors, and internal design team members.
- Interpret client preferences and translate design concepts into detailed drawings.
- Coordinate revisions efficiently and accurately based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and design precision throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Interior Design experience.
- Strong, hands-on AutoCAD experience.
- Experience creating detailed construction documents and drawings.
- Background in luxury residential interior design is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of high-end residential interiors, materials, finishes, millwork, cabinetry, flooring, and tile.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Proactive approach to projects and problem-solving.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and incorporating revisions quickly and accurately.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, architects, builders, and subcontractors.
- Ability to visualize spaces and "see in 3D" is a plus.
