Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:45 AM)

About the Role

DigitalImpulse Online Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling our SEO, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing Services to clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
  • Pitch and sell SEO, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing services.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
  • Negotiate with prospects and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with US-based clients.
  • Comfortable working in the US night shift.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and CRM management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, websites, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in international sales, IT sales, or digital marketing sales is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
