The Role

• Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of fresh meats, sausages, and cheeses.
• Independently create specialty items using in-house recipes.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
• Contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused retail environment.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, vocational training as a butcher, meat cutter, or food sales assistant specializing in butchery.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a passion for retail.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented approach with strong customer focus.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift system, including Saturdays.
