Job Description

🛑🌲🦌 ALERT: WE’RE LOOKING FOR A AWESOME HUMAN. HEART OF GOLD REQUIRED. SENSE OF ADVENTURE MANDATORY. FLANNEL SHIRT OPTIONAL. 🌲🦌🛑
New Hartford, Connecticut… we have a job opening, and honestly, the local committee of overly dramatic white-tailed deer in charge of recruitment is stomping their hooves impatiently. 🦌📋
They’ve sniffed the applications.
They’ve chewed on the blueprints.
They’ve unanimously snorted: WE NEED YOU. 😭😂
💜🎉 NOW HIRING: BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN / ABA PARA! 🎉💜
📍 NEW HARTFORD, CT
💰 $25–$30 PER HOUR!
🧩 HELP A CHILD THRIVE IN A ROLE THAT IS ACTUALLY FULFILLING!

🧪 THE VERY UNOFFICIAL HUMAN VIBE CHECK
Please proceed only if you can survive these highly advanced, deeply scientific questions:
🧦 Can you keep your cool when the day decides to completely improvise?
🎨 Can you turn a pile of building blocks into a mega-fortress without a blueprint?
🏆 Can you celebrate a kiddo mastering a new skill like they just won a gold medal? 🥇
🦆 Can you pull off being a total goofball while still keeping your eye on the goals?
💜 Do you genuinely want to help a child build confidence and learn new skills?
If you answered yes…
CONGRATULATIONS. THE NEW HARTFORD WILDLIFE BOARD HAS APPROVED YOUR VIBE. 🦌✅

🎮 YOUR NEW GIG: PLAYTIME WITH A PURPOSE!
You’ll work one-on-one with a wonderful child, helping them grow, learn, and hit amazing milestones through interactive, engaging activities.

🎨 Finding creative, artistic ways to keep things exciting.
🌟 Throwing mini-parties for every single tiny breakthrough.
💜 Supporting autistic children as they explore, learn, and succeed.
Skip the corporate grind of staring at computer screens until you turn into a statue. Instead, use your patience, kindness, and energy to make a real, lasting impact.
IT’S COOPERATIVE WORK, BUILT AROUND REAL HUMAN CONNECTION. 🥹💜
