We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day lending operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure smooth and timely loan processing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the lending lifecycle, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 2–4 years of experience in lending operations, preferably within the fintech, banking, or NBFC industry. The role involves managing lending partner relationships, overseeing day-to-day operational activities, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners to drive efficient business operations.

-Lending Operations: Manage day-to-day lending activities, ensuring the smooth and timely processing of loan applications and transactions.

-Operational Monitoring: Track daily operations, monitor pending cases, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

-Partner Management: Coordinate with lending partners, banks, and NBFCs to ensure smooth business operations and timely issue resolution.

-Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Technology, Sales, Risk, and Credit, to streamline processes and address operational challenges.

-MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily operational trackers, prepare MIS reports, and monitor key performance indicators to track business performance.

-Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement
