A little about you- Lead customer experience and digital transformation initiatives
- Shape seamless customer journeys through service design
- Drive strategic discovery, business cases and requirements
- Influence executives and facilitate high impact workshops
- Deliver outcomes in complex energy and utilities environments
- Mentor Business Analysts and elevate delivery excellence
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Commerce, Project Management, or a related discipline, coupled with extensive experience as a Lead Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX), human centred design, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and Voice of Customer (VoC) practices.
- Knowledge of Australian energy market operations, metering, connections, customer lifecycle processes, and regulatory obligations.
- Experience with business analysis tools, frameworks, and techniques, including process mapping, requirements documentation, benefits elicitation, and benefits tracking.
- Advanced business analysis expertise, including BPMN, process modelling, stakeholder analysis, business case development, and requirements engineering.
