OKTA Administrator

We are seeking an experienced OKTA Administrator to manage, support, and enhance the organization''s Okta Identity Platform. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable identity and access management while supporting enterprise authentication and authorization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·        Administer, maintain, and optimize the Okta Identity Platform.

·        Integrate enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

·        Configure and manage authorization servers, API access, groups, and access policies.

·        Develop and maintain authentication, authorization, MFA, and adaptive access policies.

·        Troubleshoot SSO, user access, and application integration issues.

·        Document system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

·        5+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta.

·        Strong knowledge of SSO technologies, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.

·        Experience with Okta Workflows.

·        Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, governance, and security best practices.

·        Ability to work independently and effectively support production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Okta Professional or Administrator Certification.

·        Experience with REST APIs and scripting (PowerShell or Python).

·        Knowledge of DevSecOps and security automation.

·        Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.

·        Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
