Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner - Marketing Technology to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of marketing technology initiatives across B2C and B2B2C business models. This role will be responsible for owning and optimizing marketing automation platforms, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in product ownership within marketing technology or marketing automation roles
* Experience supporting B2C, and B2B2C marketing models

Strong understanding of:
* Customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
* Lead management and scoring
* Segmentation and personalization strategies

Experience with:
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
* Oracle Eloqua
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
