Job Description: Salesforce Architect / Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect / Developer to manage, customize, develop, and implement Salesforce applications. The candidate should have strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components, Apex programming, Force.com APIs, and third-party integrations. The role involves working with business teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and convert them into Salesforce solutions.

• Participate in the complete project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications.

• Work with Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Force.com APIs.

• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.

• Configure workflows, Process Builder, Salesforce Flows, and other Salesforce features.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites.

• Create Salesforce forms for offline use using Survey123 or other Salesforce tools.

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal applications using APIs, MuleSoft, web services, and ETL tools.

• Migrate data from legacy systems and import data using Salesforce Data Loader.

• Manage Salesforce releases and deploy changes from sandboxes to production.

• Perform unit testing, prepare test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Troubleshoot Salesforce application issues and monitor integration errors.

• Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

• Train and mentor development team members.

• Work with stakeholders to identify improvements and enhance business processes.

• Follow Salesforce best practices to ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
