Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for an exciting opportunity with one of our prestigious US-based clients (Confidential).
Position Details:
Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Remote within the United States
Client: Confidential US Client
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel: Occasional travel may be required for workshops, design sessions, or client meetings. All approved travel expenses will be fully covered by the client.
We are seeking professionals with:
Extensive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support projects.
Strong experience working with US clients and US business environments.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation and support engagements.
Knowledge of integrations, configurations, testing, and production support.
Preferred Experience in SuccessFactors Modules:
Employee Central (EC)
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Recruiting Management (RCM)
Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
Onboarding 2.0
Learning Management System (LMS)
Performance & Goals (PMGM)

Platform Integration and Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules according to client requirements and best practices.
Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and solution demonstrations with business users.
Support system integration, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
Design and implement interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
Experience in multiple SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel within the US when required.
