Data Platform Architect & Tech Lead

REA Group is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to lead solution architecture across two squads within the Experience Platform group. You will guide data delivery, governance, and automation while hands-on coding with agile teams.

You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and platform engineers to shape the technology strategy, mentor engineers, and drive large-scale ETL/ELT optimisations across AWS/GCP/Azure data platforms in a hybrid Melbourne-based role.
