Senior Product Designer - Webex Calling Experiences & AI

· 7+ years of product design, UX design, or equivalent experience designing complex digital products.

· A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking, interaction design, product judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows.

· Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, communications platforms, admin tooling, or similarly complex product ecosystems.

· Strong product intuition and the ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear design direction.

· A proactive approach to identifying gaps, framing opportunities, and helping teams make better product decisions before solutions are fully defined.

· Strong command of Figma, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and modern product design practices.

· A practical accessibility mindset, including familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design principles.

· Comfort working with ambiguity, technical complexity, and fast-moving product priorities.

· Strong collaboration skills with product management, engineering, research, and design partners.

· Experience using AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, or workflow generation, paired with clear judgment about where human design thinking matters most.
