The Role

Consult with customers to understand their garden visions, from terraces to ponds.
Develop comprehensive garden plans using provided modern tools and resources.
Guide customers from initial concept through to the successful completion of their garden projects.
Facilitate the connection with competent craftspeople for project implementation.
Utilize various sales tools, including online platforms and in-store exhibits, to bring customer ideas to life.

What You'll Need

A completed apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field such as horticulture, landscaping, carpentry, agriculture, or a related area.
A genuine passion for modern garden design and a creative flair for realizing garden dreams.
Strong customer focus, sales acumen, and a high degree of responsibility.
Comfort and enthusiasm for working with modern presentation and planning tools, as well as standard Microsoft Office applications.
