The Role

• Lead and manage the fresh food counter team, overseeing areas such as meat, deli, cheese, bakery, and gourmet foods.
• Ensure high standards of product quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Drive sales and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost development.
• Implement national sales concepts and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable advice.

What You'll Need

• Vocational training as a butcher/meat cutter or equivalent experience in retail or gastronomy.
• Strong product knowledge in meat, deli, and gourmet items.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Solution-oriented and results-driven work ethic.
• Excellent customer focus, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work within retail hours (Monday-Saturday).
