Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead/Lead Developer Front End & Power Platform based in Glasgow to provide hands-on development expertise and technical oversight across application delivery. The role requires strong Front End development skills, deep Power Platform experience and the ability to both write and review the code. The successful candidate will work closely with onshore leadership, govern development delivered by offshore teams and support successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js and related Front End technologies.

Support the modernization journey into Code apps

Design and build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Snowflake, Dataverse, Dataverse Web API and Power Automate.

Independently write, review and govern code to ensure development quality and maintainability.

Provide technical oversight and governance for development work delivered by offshore teams.

Work closely with onshore leadership and manage day-to-day technical delivery activities.

Support and drive successful production deployments and releases.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and delivery.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support throughout the development and release life cycle.

Essential Skills and experience

Strong hands-on Front End development expertise, including TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js and related technologies.

Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Dataverse, Dataverse Web API, Power Automate and broader platform capabilities.

Power Platform experience extending beyond SharePoint integration-focused implementations.

Strong hands-on coding capability with the ability to independently write, review and govern code.

Proven experience reviewing and governing development work delivered by offshore teams.

experience working closely with onshore leadership and managing day-to-day delivery activities.

Proven ability to support and drive successful deployments.

Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate delivery.
