This specialized center offers advanced diagnostics, surgical epilepsy intervention, and rehabilitation, fostering a highly interdisciplinary and specialized medical environment. The Role • Undergo structured neuropediatric training with consideration for individual interests. • Gain experience across all areas of the specialized center, including epilepsy surgery monitoring, conservative epileptology, intermediate care, and rehabilitation. • Learn to interpret EEGs and cMRTs, and develop expertise in motor skills, assistive device provision, and botulinum toxin treatment. • Deepen knowledge in video-EEG long-term monitoring (invasive and non-invasive) and intraoperative monitoring, with the opportunity to obtain an EEG certificate. • Work within a certified epilepsy center focusing on pre-surgical epilepsy diagnostics and surgery using modern methods. • Receive regular one-on-one teaching from senior epileptologists for focused professional development. What You'll Need • A strong interest in neuropediatrics and epileptology; prior experience is a plus but not required. • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration. • Empathy and dedication to working with children and families facing complex and chronic conditions. • A valid medical license or eligibility for one in Germany.
