Responsibilities

• Enhance existing access control and authorization mechanisms, and extend job queuing and scheduling capabilities to support concurrent execution, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Streamline end-to-end workflows by identifying bottlenecks, refactoring orchestration logic, and improving inter-component coordination.
• Analyze current run processing pipelines, generate performance statistics, and develop optimization plans to improve run efficiency.
• Modernize the platform UI architecture through thoughtful redesign and implementation improve overall structure, information hierarchy, usability, and layout organization across functional modules.
• Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.

qualifications:

Qualifications

At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience with a modern language (e.g., Python, Java).

Demonstrated experience designing and building modern web UIs.

Experience implementing access control / authorization and job scheduling or queuing systems.

1-2 years of experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).

Experience optimizing performance of long-running compute workloads or distributed processing pipelines
