Title: Java/Python Engineer_ W2

Location: Plano, TX and Columbus, OH (5 Days onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Java/Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI or AI-driven application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and/or Python.
• Build and integrate AI agents, LLM-based solutions, and automation workflows.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Participate in application architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.
• Work with databases, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Experience in application architecture, system design, and designing scalable distributed systems.
• Good understanding of backend development, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, or AI-driven applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with design patterns, application integration, and scalable solution architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Preferred:

• Candidates with hands-on Agentic AI experience will be strongly preferred.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
