Biologics Sales Specialist (San Diego)

Bio-Techne seeks a Biologics Sales Specialist to drive sales of bioprocessing instrument platforms and consumables in the San Diego territory. The role involves field-based consultative selling, territory management, and strategic growth of the biologics portfolio within biopharma and pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets using consultative, value-based selling approach
Spend approximately 75% of time in field conducting customer engagements
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to grow market share
Manage existing accounts and prospect for new opportunities in biopharma sectors
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to key decision-makers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or related field
5+ years technical sales experience in life science tools or biotech markets
Prior experience selling high-value capital equipment
Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
Knowledge of capillary electrophoresis, micro-flow imaging, and laboratory workflows
Strong negotiation and value-based selling skills
Demonstrated ability to manage territory accounts and forecast pipelines
Compensation:
$91,700–$150,800 base, plus commission and stock grant incentives
