Job Description

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory and access governance for AIT systems, compliance and risk documentation, and change and queue management across technical and information security deliverables, with a proven ability to coordinate approvals, maintain accurate repositories, and drive remediation and attestations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AIT Inventory Management System queues for technical and information security deliverables.


• Oversee Not Permitted Technology target dates and date modifications.


• Coordinate P2/P3 compliance, patch scheduling, and configuration management verifications.


• Document risks and manage remediation or compensating controls.


• Approve and review access, firewall, and change management requests.


• Administer service ID management and attestations.


• Partner with AIT SMEs to drive follow-ups, break-fix communications, and decommissioning or creation of AITs.


• Perform significant change assessments and approvals.


• Manage Access Business Rule Engine for violations, eligibility, toxic combinations, and exceptions.


• Coordinate communications with AIT engineering teams.


• Handle Trident Survey (GIS) responses and attestations and dormancy management.


• Act as point of contact for AIT-related requests and inquiries.


• Serve as Enterprise Critical Infrastructure team librarian, ensuring required documents are stored in FileNet, FORP, and Team NFS repositories.


• Manage access permissions for ECI documents across repositories.


• Coordinate quarterly FORP testing and manage the ECI team's FORP user population.


• Conduct yearly reviews of ECI recovery support contacts, ECI inventory, and ECI AITs.


• Engage with IOR Strategy and Governance for required training and guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation, tracking, and reporting.


• Experience with inventory, access governance, and change management processes in enterprise environments.


• Knowledge of compliance controls, risk remediation, and attestations.


• Ability to coordinate cross-functional communications and drive follow-ups with engineering and SMEs.


• Experience level: 5+ years in IT business analysis, governance, or related roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AIT processes, Access Business Rule Engines, and Trident Survey (GIS).


• Experience managing enterprise repositories such as FileNet, FORP, and NFS shares.
