Job Summary

We are Seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with 5+ years of recent public accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. Experienced in preparing and reviewing complex individual, partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, and estate/trust tax returns, with strong knowledge of tax compliance and reporting requirements. Skilled in tax projections, estimates, extensions, K-2/K-3, IRC §754, and trust accounting, with experience mentoring and reviewing junior staff. CPA or EA licensed, or actively pursuing licensure

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• CPA or EA license, or actively progressing toward CPA/EA licensure.
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, including:
• Complex individual tax returns

• Partnership tax returns
• S-Corporation tax returns
• C-Corporation tax returns
• Estate and Trust tax returns
• Experience preparing tax projections, estimates, extensions, and other compliance filings
• Good knowledge of K-2/K-3, IRC §754, trust accounting
• Ability to mentor, train, and review the work of junior staff
