The Role

• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts, focusing on timely resolution.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in a call center or bookkeeping environment is advantageous.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
