We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, facilitate intake and scheduling processes, and provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery. The Client Services Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering a welcoming environment, coordinating client care, and supporting clinical staff to promote effective treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate client intake, registration, and scheduling of appointments across multiple programs and sites.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage data entry into electronic health record systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth client flow and support care coordination.
  • Assist with insurance verification, authorizations, and billing processes as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities to uphold organizational standards.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or behavioral health administrative role is an asset.
