Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience in field sales. The candidate should be comfortable with daily field visits, meeting customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing existing clients.


Key Responsibilities

Visit customers and dealers in assigned areas to generate new business opportunities

Take orders from existing and new clients

Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives

Identify potential customers and explore new market opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Conduct regular follow-ups to close orders effectively

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team

Maintain daily visit reports and sales records

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support


Requirements

Minimum 2 year of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role

Comfortable with field work and daily traveling

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to generate and close orders independently

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools is preferred

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
