We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team and ensure the performance, reliability, and top-tier quality of our software products. In this role, you will work within an Agile environment to build automated testing frameworks, conduct thorough manual testing, and collaborate with development teams to drive continuous quality improvement.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct software testing to identify, document, and resolve defects.

- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.

- Perform Manual Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Build, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.

- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.

- Perform Software Quality Assurance (SQA) activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide testing progress updates, reports, and recommendations.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact product quality.

- Create and maintain test data as needed.

- Work within Agile development methodologies and participate in Agile ceremonies.

- Foster a collaborative and productive quality assurance environment.

- Mentor and coach other QA engineers on automation testing best practices.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.

Proven experience with manual testing methodologies and automated testing tools (Selenium or Playwright).

Proficiency with SQL for querying and managing test data.

Strong knowledge of Agile development processes and SDLC workflows.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience utilizing AI coding assistants to enhance test script generation and productivity.

CSQE (Certified Software Quality Engineer) or related professional certification.

Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.
