Bring Your Dog to Work! – Lead Generation & Sales Growth
Drive local lead generation
– Build partnerships, implement guerrilla marketing, and maximize digital ad performance on search engines and social media. Act as a business promoter
– Network, attend events, and generate buzz for Dogtopia.

Customer Engagement & Retention
Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community
– Create fun in-store events, social media engagement, and Dogtopia Foundation fundraising initiatives. Drive repeat visits & increase customer lifetime value
– Build strong parent relationships and enhance their experience with additional services. Train the front desk team
– Ensure staff is fully equipped with best practices for sales and customer service. Sales & Performance Goals
Hit sales targets
– Track conversions from leads to Meet & Greets to enrollments.

Elevate customer satisfaction ratings
– Work closely with daycare management to exceed expectations
. Proven sales & customer service experience
– You’re a natural at relationship-building and closing deals. Energetic, goal-driven mindset
– You love exceeding targets and finding creative ways to win business. Strong communication & follow-up skills
– You ensure every lead and customer gets white-glove service
. Ability to work flexible hours
– Some evenings and weekends required to build awareness and engage within the local community.
