German Marketing Documentation Specialist for AI Training

Role Overview
Apply your German-language marketing and documentation expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. You will create and evaluate realistic business materials for a Fortune 500-focused environment, contributing high-quality input that helps improve model learning, reasoning, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Create, review, and refine German-language marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and reports, using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Develop authentic content that reflects real-world marketing strategies and business scenarios. Assess German marketing materials for accuracy, coherence, and clarity. Work with a global AI training team to support model development and quality assurance. Provide guidance on marketing-documentation best practices in Fortune 500 environments.

Deliver clear feedback and documentation using strong written and verbal communication skills. Protect confidential information and maintain data integrity across all deliverables. Qualifications
Native-level written and spoken German proficiency. At least 3 years of marketing-documentation experience, preferably supporting Fortune 500 companies. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Bachelor''s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content and collateral. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience living or working in the United States while maintaining native-level German proficiency.
Experience with AI training, data annotation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and document-automation tools.
Work Terms

Compensation
$10 to $55 per hour.
