Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions, especially aroundSailPoint.
• Collaborate with IAM architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define access governance policies, roles, and workflows.
• Assist in the design and implementation of SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
• Support testing efforts, including UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
• Participate in access certification campaigns and role modeling efforts.
• Identify gaps and recommendIAMprocess improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to IAM topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as aBusiness AnalystinIAM/IDAMdomains.
• Strong understanding ofSailPoint(IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
• Experience in access certification, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.
• Good understanding ofIAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, PAM, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
