Job Description

Join a dynamic Revenue Operations team supporting technical onboarding programs that help drive meaningful customer and partner experiences. This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on program manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and can independently manage the full lifecycle of events and programs with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

This is an onsite role based in San Francisco, CA, Monday through Thursday. Occasional monthly travel may be required to support company events.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end coordination of technical onboarding and related program operations across multiple initiatives.
  • Facilitate live technical programs and events, ensuring smooth execution before, during, and after each session.
  • Identify process gaps, surface pain points, and use data to improve program effectiveness and scalability.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Support onsite programming at the San Francisco office and assist with periodic travel for events as needed.
  • Maintain a holistic view of the program portfolio and help keep work moving independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Contribute to future team needs that may include technical curriculum development, technical instruction, or demo system administration.
Skills
  • Experience in program management, program operations, or a closely related role.
  • Comfort working in technical environments and supporting onboarding or enablement programs.
  • Ability to facilitate live sessions and manage event logistics from planning through follow-up.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple programs at once.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical improvements.
  • Self-starter approach with a high level of autonomy and sound judgment.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with Claude and related AI tooling, or the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
  • Examples of scalable events or programs you have supported or built.
  • Background in technical curriculum development or technical instruction.
  • Experience supporting demo systems or related operational tools.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that values scrappiness, ownership, and adaptability.
