Overview

Dane Street is seeking experienced Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons to join our growing team of expert clinical reviewers. In this role, you will apply your orthopedic and spine expertise to conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical cases and provide objective, evidence-based medical advisory opinions.

This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a 1099 independent contractor.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records and clinical documentation, preparing clear and concise clinical summaries, and responding to specific questions from our clients related to orthopedic and spine care. This role involves advisory medical record reviews only and does not involve peer-to-peer discussions, calls, or direct patient care.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical program
  • Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery and/or Spine Surgery
  • Current, unrestricted Tennessee medical license
  • Minimum of 5+ years of clinical orthopedic and spine surgery experience
  • Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
  • Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, and any certifications required to perform the role
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to communicate findings clearly and objectively in written form
