The Role

• Handle primarily inbound sales calls for auto insurance or wireless devices and services.
• Upsell products and services as appropriate.
• Provide world-class customer service to inbound callers.
• Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in effective multitasking and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

What You'll Need

• Six months of sales experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a GED or High School Diploma.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work on-site at the Tucson location.
