The Role

• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake essential tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and stock-taking.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a related sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) being an advantage.
• A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and a passion for motivating others.
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly.
