The Role

• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of nursing and care processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly or general healthcare and nursing.
• Certified qualification as a Quality Assurance Officer.
• Previous professional and leadership experience in a similar role.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach.
