NERC Compliance Analyst - Electric Power Generation

Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineering Analyst, NERC Compliance to support regulatory compliance across our electric generation and transmission assets. In this role, you will interpret and apply NERC reliability standards, perform compliance assessments, and help develop mitigation plans. You will assist with audits, evidence gathering, and documentation, while partnering with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure controls are in place. The analyst will track regulatory changes, maintain compliance tools and databases, and contribute to process improvements that enhance grid reliability, safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply NERC reliability standards to company assets and operations
• Conduct compliance assessments, gap analyses, and risk reviews
• Support internal and external NERC audits, including evidence collection and responses
• Maintain detailed compliance documentation, records, and reporting
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT to design and implement controls
• Develop and track mitigation plans for identified compliance issues
• Support compliance tools, databases, and workflow systems
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance reliability and safety
• Provide training and guidance on NERC compliance requirements
