The Role

• Implement individual and activating care for residents.
• Manage and execute nursing documentation and care planning.
• Ensure and enforce hygiene standards throughout the facility.
• Conduct hygiene-specific training for staff.

• Contribute to quality assurance measures within the nursing department.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a nurse or in geriatric care.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
• Knowledge of infection control regulations and accident prevention measures.
• Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• A relevant certification as a hygiene officer in care facilities is advantageous (training can be completed whilst employed).
