Financial Operations Specialist

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support our Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. The Financial Operations Specialist will support division-wide financial transactions and provide tracking, oversight, and execution of financial transactions for construction projects and rent.

Key Responsibilities

• Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects.
• Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports.
• Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission.
• Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the responsibilities listed above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to undergo and pass a T2 Public Trust background investigation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting a government agency.
