Outside Residential Sales Representative - HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Services

In this field-based role, you'll run preset and self-generated appointments, perform in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and present tailored repair and replacement options. You'll prepare accurate estimates, explain financing, and close sales while ensuring a safety-first, customer-focused experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations for residential customers to assess HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs
• Present repair, replacement, and maintenance options and educate customers on solutions and benefits
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company tools and pricing guidelines
• Close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets
• Manage and follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads using CRM software
• Coordinate with technicians and installation teams to ensure smooth job scheduling and handoff
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical offerings
• Uphold ARS/Rescue Rooter's safety-first, customer-focused standards on every visit
• Participate in ongoing sales and technical training to improve performance and product knowledge
• Accurately document all customer interactions, estimates, and sales activities.
