A leading university hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for its neurosurgical normal care unit. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team in a highly specialized environment, providing top-level patient care.

The Role

• Independently manage the complex care process for neurosurgical patients, incorporating rehabilitation approaches.
• Handle the admission and discharge process, including patient transfers to other units.
• Assist in the execution of medical interventions.
• Independently perform physician's orders accurately and professionally.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of a nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Familiarity with drug control laws, data protection regulations, and medical device operator regulations.
• For international applicants: B2 level German language proficiency and recognized foreign nursing qualification.
• Loyalty, commitment, strong communication skills, and flexibility.
